Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative, handling warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales into policyholders. You will receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Skillfully use sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of policyholders
Requirements
- Florida residency
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain professional workspace/room with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
