Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative, handling warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs and convert sales into policyholders. You will receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand
- Adapt to different environments and schedules
- Ensure customers receive quality products and services
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department Work at Home (W@H) requirements including a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years sales experience
