Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative to consult with customers on their insurance needs, match them with appropriate coverages, and convert sales leads into policyholders while receiving comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department Work at Home (WAH) requirements including a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years sales experience
