Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs. You will match appropriate coverages and products to convert sales leads into policyholders, receiving comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads from potential and existing policyholders
- Consult with policyholders on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states
Requirements
- Reside in Arizona
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements (professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet)
- Property and Casualty License after hire
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years sales experience
