Embark on a fulfilling career in insurance sales as an Inbound Sales Representative, assisting customers with their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand professionally
- Adapt to different environments and schedules, working remotely or in the office
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside within the state of Florida
- Dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload) for remote work
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
