Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads into policyholders by consulting on insurance needs and matching appropriate coverages. This role offers paid training and a generous commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand with integrity
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property & Casualty Insurance license (can be obtained during paid training)
- Reside in Arizona
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years sales experience
