Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to convert warm leads into policyholders. You will consult with customers on their insurance needs, matching appropriate coverages and products to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assist customers with insurance needs
- Consult with customers to match correct coverages, products, and benefits
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their needs
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Maintain integrity while ensuring customers receive quality products and services
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
