Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside within the state of Florida
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales/service-related work experience, 2-3 years preferred
