As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle warm leads from incoming calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match them with appropriate coverages to convert leads into policyholders. This role supports customers by providing quality products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand with integrity
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
- Maintain work from home requirements including a professional workspace and high-speed internet
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, or Louisiana
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (can be obtained during paid training)
