Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert leads into policyholders. This role offers paid training and licensing, and focuses on warm leads with no cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads from customers
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Florida
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
