Join Liberty Mutual as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders. This role offers comprehensive training and opportunities for earning potential through base salary and generous commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Must be based in the state of Florida
- Ability to maintain department Work at Home (W@H) requirements (professional workspace with dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet connection 100 MBps download / 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
