This role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, matching them with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. - Ensure customers receive quality products and services
Requirements
- Reside in the state of Florida
- Ability to maintain department Work at home (W@H) requirements (professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload speed)
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Availability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
