As a Full Time Sales Manager, you will serve as the brand's primary contact for growing families, assisting them with baby essentials and preparing them for significant parenting milestones. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment, optimizing team talents, and continuously educating yourself and your team on product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Become a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14
- Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
- Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others
- Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and resolving customer concerns
- Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to drive results
- Build customer loyalty through Company sponsored programs, including credit
- Offer consistent, in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager
- Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
- Support store team with Asset Protection through consistent customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls
Requirements
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
