Sales Intern

About This Role

This internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced real estate field, focusing on sales activities and new home building. Interns will learn about Taylor Morrison's core values while contributing to daily tasks and preparing for a career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in real-estate related activities including buying, selling, and building new homes
• Attend sales rallies and model showings
• Prepare market analyses
• Conduct research
• Assist with community openings
• Create marketing collateral including web content
• Update listings
• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
• Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
• Have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level managers
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Savvy computer skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Understanding of the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
