The Operations Intern will learn about the homebuilding cycle, supporting core business areas and departments. This role involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Receive orientation and overview of core business areas and supporting departments
- Collect, review, and analyze data for trends and patterns
- Support driving process improvements to current processes and practices
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Enrollment in an accredited college, university, or technical school
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Savvy computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
