Join a leading provider of probate, inheritance, and estate advances to serve a national consumer market. Build empathetic relationships with customers, explain services, and close transactions to help them meet their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of detail-oriented inbound and outbound consumer calls with a professional, respectful, and caring attitude.
- Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with co-workers and support staff.
- Welcome training and guidance from more experienced managers and co-workers and then offer training and guidance to newer hires.
- Track all sales-related activities in a Customer Relations Management System.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
