The Sales Executive at O6 Environmental Services is responsible for developing new client relationships and driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing environmental remediation opportunities. This role involves becoming a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting contaminated site remediation projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, prospecting, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading the sales process
- Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, site conditions, and regulatory considerations to propose tailored remediation solutions
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and successful project execution
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bid responses
- Track and manage sales pipeline opportunities, activity, forecasts, and customer data within the company’s CRM system
- Monitor environmental industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed established revenue, margin and pipeline targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience within environmental services, remediation, construction, or industrial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Business
