About This Role

The Sales Executive at O6 Environmental Services is responsible for developing new client relationships and driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing environmental remediation opportunities. This role involves becoming a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting contaminated site remediation projects
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, prospecting, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading the sales process
  • Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, site conditions, and regulatory considerations to propose tailored remediation solutions
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and successful project execution
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bid responses
  • Track and manage sales pipeline opportunities, activity, forecasts, and customer data within the company’s CRM system
  • Monitor environmental industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
  • Meet or exceed established revenue, margin and pipeline targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience within environmental services, remediation, construction, or industrial services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Business
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience within environmental services, remediation, construction, or industrial services
