The Sales Executive will engage with customers, guide them through the car buying process, and ensure high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing daily sales activities and fostering customer relationships for future business.
Responsibilities
- Understand and adapt to customer buying strategies, encouraging product experiences through test drives.
- Agree on pricing and payment methods, advising on financing options within company guidelines.
- Ensure deliveries meet the highest standards and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, maintaining contact for future business.
- Plan and organize daily sales activities, including telephoning sales prospects to obtain new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to support Group objectives.
Requirements
- IT literate (PC, Microsoft, web literate)
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to change
- Attention to detail and maintenance of accurate work quality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
