This role involves facilitating innovation and feature delivery for the Home Lending Product Team, focusing on creating a best-in-class sales experience with cutting-edge AI tools. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop concise user stories and process flows for the Chase MyHome product
- Collaborate with feature teams and architects to translate business requirements into actionable stories, technical specifications, and design documents
- Ensure requirements meet business needs while focusing on end-user experience
- Support testing cycles (User Acceptance Testing, Regression, system, Prod Checkout)
- Apply critical thinking to identify and develop new ideas and innovations to add value to the business and team
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in product delivery
- Experience with the Agile product delivery methodology
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment
- Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with time-boxed deliveries
- Embrace continuous learning and leverages new knowledge to deliver innovative technology and AI solutions
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years hands-on experience in product delivery
