Sales and Service Rep

About This Role

Operate a company vehicle to sell, deliver, collect, service, and maintain parts washers, parts washer fluid, waste drums, and new antifreeze products for various customers. Oversee the vehicle's appearance, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle (collection and delivery truck) over 100 miles daily in the Mid-Atlantic States
• Perform daily inspections of the interior and exterior of the Company Vehicle
• Perform daily inspection of load for required quantities and safe hauling/handling
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly log sheets
• Complete service receipts for all customers on a daily basis
• Distribute, service, maintain, collect, and exchange various company and customer-owned parts washers
• Collect and transport drums of hazardous and non-hazardous materials according to regulations
• Deliver/provide other products and services as required by customers
• Provide sales leads for all divisions of the Company
• Perform job duties in accordance with Company and DOT regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Two years of CDL route driving experience or military driving experience
• Valid Class A or B CDL license
• Ability to obtain HazMat Endorsement
• Excellent Driving Record
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• No current license suspension or revocation
• No major traffic violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs frequently
• Ability to stay overnight for out-of-town travel weekly
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to read maps and follow directions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
