About This Role

Lead and coordinate daily operations for two or more industrial cleaning crews, ensuring safe and efficient project execution. Manage personnel, oversee equipment operation, and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following all policies and processes
• Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental, and operations policies
• Manage a crew to safely and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely and accurate manner
• Train and develop equipment technicians
• Interact with customers in a professional manner, exhibiting excellent communication skills
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services

Requirements

• 2+ Years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry
• Knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum trucks
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• TWIC required
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity)
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust (chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids
• Ability to wear protective clothing or equipment (Nomex coveralls, back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, fresh air breathing mask and escape pack, hard hat)
• Available to work on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working in the industrial cleaning industry with knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck services

Nice to Have

• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment
