Sales Agent

About This Role

This Sales Agent role at Pronto Insurance is focused on driving sales for the agency by selling insurance products and services through various channels. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and actively pursuing new business through cold calls and grassroots marketing.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales for the agency by selling company products/services
• Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations
• Ensure cold calls are made on applications generated from events
• Ensure all renewal quotes are made and followed up on
• Conduct grassroots marketing on a daily basis
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Attend sales trainings as needed
• Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Ability to obtain P&C license within 60-day period
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer proficiency
