Sales Agent

About This Role

This Sales Agent role at Pronto Insurance focuses on increasing sales by selling insurance products and services through resellers and channels. The agent will maintain customer relationships, drive revenue through campaigns, and perform grassroots marketing.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales for the agency by selling company products/services through resellers/channels
• Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction
• Create campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations
• Ensure cold calls are done on applications generated from events
• Ensure all renewal quotes are made and all quotes are followed up
• Perform grassroots marketing on a daily basis
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Attend sales trainings as needed
• Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• P&C license within a 60-day period (contingent employment)
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Computer Proficiency

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year sales experience

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
