Sales Agent

About This Role

Join Pronto Insurance to sell company products and services, maintain customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a retail location. This role makes insurance simpler, more affordable, and more accessible for customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territory
• Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support
• Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Ensure cold calls are done on applications generated from events
• Make and follow up on all renewal quotes
• Perform all grassroots marketing on a daily basis
• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Attend sales training as needed
• Create campaigns for agencies to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation events
• Ensure the agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies
• Provide reports to MGA and effectively communicate with Sales Agency Managers, Pronto MGA/GA, Underwriting Personnel, and Pronto MGA/GA Claims Department
• Direct all claim inquiries to the MGA/GA Claims Department
• Ensure that the Picture Report is printed periodically and all the pictures have been uploaded accordingly
• Count money and balance with the Daily Deposit Report when ending your shift
• Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits
• Travel to various locations as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
• Ability to pass the agent licensing test or possess a license to sell home and auto insurance
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to type and use computer to capture data
• Ability to help customers, provide information, and process payments quickly and attentively in a friendly positive manner

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
