This Safety Manager will conduct safety inspections, develop training programs, and ensure OSHA compliance on commercial, retail, and public construction projects for a top Miami-based construction company.
Responsibilities
- Performing safety inspections/audits on project sites
- Working hand in hand with office leadership to help further develop the safety culture
- Conducting both in person and virtual safety training and orientation
- Safety pre-planning and lookaheads with different teams
- Participation in project meetings
- Ensuring Subcontractors compliance with OSHA regulations and training requirements
- Authoring project specific safety plans
- Developing and implementing new training programs
Requirements
- College degree in a Safety related discipline
- 3-10 years' experience in Construction Safety
- Bilingual

Nice to Have
- OSHA 500 certification
- CHST certification
