About This Role

Manage and improve safety and security programs for a federal government contractor, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement through training, inspection, and reporting. This role involves program management efforts and will initially focus on the NVC, with oversight across both centers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement, and improve facility safety and security programs
• Conduct training, inspection, citation, and reporting related to safety and security programs
• Drive continual improvement through research, outreach, and observation
• Manage and be accountable for safety and security program efforts and requirements
• Coordinate, manage, and oversee efforts at both centers, initially based at the NVC

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
