Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents
- Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
- Provide leadership and direction to Personal Care Assistants
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License in good standing
- Ability to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to Personal Care Assistants
Nice to Have
- Experience working with dementia residents
