About This Role

Supervise nursing assistants and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on assessment, care plan development, administration, and evaluation of nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident's needs
• Develop individualized care plans
• Administer nursing care
• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in care delivery
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by community administration and nursing policies
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs

• Previous supervisory experience
