About This Role

This role involves assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

Assess resident's needs
Develop an individualized care plan
Administer nursing care
Evaluate nursing care
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies
Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures

Requirements

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state
Current CPR certification
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
