About This Role

Join NHC HealthCare Anderson as a Registered Nurse, working with an interdisciplinary team to provide accurate patient assessment, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing care to post-acute skilled nursing residents.

Responsibilities

Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop individualized plans of care
Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided
Assist with medications and treatments as needed
Perform other patient care duties as assigned

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Passion for geriatrics
