Join NHC HealthCare Anderson as a Registered Nurse, working with an interdisciplinary team to provide accurate patient assessment, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing care to post-acute skilled nursing residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and develop individualized plans of care
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families
• Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Passion for geriatrics
