RN Registered Nurse

About This Role

Deliver quality nursing care to patients by evaluating their needs, revising care plans, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Currently licensed/registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable State
• Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
• CPR certification must remain current during employment

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience
