About This Role

Deliver quality nursing care to patients by providing interpersonal contact, assessing needs, and revising care plans. This role contributes to patients' highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in FL and maintain active status
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation and maintain current status

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience
