About This Role

Deliver quality nursing care to patients by providing interpersonal contact and care services to maintain their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. This role involves evaluating patient needs and revising care plans based on their condition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
• Provide care and services for patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in applicable State
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

• Entry level

Nice to Have

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience
