RN - Outreach Cath Lab

About This Role

This role involves assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care daily within the Cath Lab and Special Procedures units. The Registered Nurse will perform a variety of nursing functions under the direction of a Cardiologist or Radiologist, and supervision from nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients daily
• Analyze patient conditions
• Plan patient care
• Implement patient care plans
• Evaluate patient care outcomes
• Perform nursing functions required for the Cath Lab
• Perform nursing functions required for Special Procedures under the direction of a Cardiologist, and/or Radiologist

Requirements

• Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts, and techniques central to nursing profession
• Knowledge of human growth and development necessary for assessment, range of treatment and care of patients appropriate to the patient’s age
• Current licensure or permit as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas
• ACLS certification

Qualifications

• Associate degree, diploma, or Baccalaureate degree program in nursing

Certifications
