RN - Outpatient PACU, PRN

About This Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through their lifecycle within an outpatient PACU setting, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care
• Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability
• Maintain standards of practice
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Current Georgia RN License or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible; one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred for PRN positions

Nice to Have

• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting (for PRN positions)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
