RN - New Grad

About This Role

This role offers new graduate Registered Nurses a unique training opportunity through a Novice Nurse Training Program. Nurses will gain hands-on experience by working 1-on-1 with patients in a home setting, learning critical skills with 24/7 clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitor and document effectiveness of intervention and progress toward established goals
• Intervene as applicable to changes in condition and report such changes to appropriate supervisor and/or physician
• Document all physician collaboration/coordination of care in the medical record and communicate this information as needed
• Monitor the safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment including universal precautions

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN License
• Current CPR
• PPD or chest X ray if applicable

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• < 12 months of experience
