About This Role

Serve as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards within an Infusion Clinic setting. The role involves effective delegation, direction, and assistance to the nursing team while ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use the nursing process in the delivery of patient care
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patient, family, and group needs
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources (human and fiscal) properly
• Serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team
• Use data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes
• Embrace concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale
• Adapt behavior to the specific patient population, respecting privacy and communication styles

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement and be self-directed
• Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• None required
