About This Role

This RN Educator position, located at Riley Hospital for Children, involves developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for operating rooms, focusing on emergency response and medical management. The role fosters continuous learning and professional excellence for staff.

Responsibilities

Develop educational programs focused on emergency response and medical management
Implement educational programs focused on emergency response and medical management
Evaluate educational programs focused on emergency response and medical management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create engaging, evidence-based curricula
Tailor curricula for internal staff and external providers

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
Bachelor's degree
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license
Current organizational-specified CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications
Knowledge of adult learning principles, regulatory requirements, and educational program management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant clinical experience

Nice to Have

OR/Scrub and Circulate experience
