About This Role

As a Procedural Registered Nurse, oversee patient care by assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Your contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system, preventing complications and delays, and delegating tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.

Requirements

• 2 years of RN experience in Day Surgery
• In-depth understanding of nursing and patient care standards and procedures
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and professional standards
• Familiarity with departmental policies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking for problem-solving
• Ability to monitor patients' health and communicate changes efficiently
• Ability to provide top-notch, patient-centered care that honors patient diversity

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• 2 years of RN experience in Day Surgery
