As a Retail Sales Associate at AutoZone, you will deliver exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with automotive parts and solutions. This role is crucial for maintaining well-stocked inventory, driving sales, and contributing to a positive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing trustworthy automotive advice and ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment and support team members
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies, ensuring proper financial management
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently, following company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
