About This Role

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with automotive part selection, providing expert advice, and maintaining store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
