About This Role

This role delivers exceptional customer service, assists customers with automotive parts and solutions, manages inventory, and contributes to sales goals in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice
Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment
Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience
Restock merchandise and maintain organization
Follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies
Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions
Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions

Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years old
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of automotive parts
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
Previous experience in automotive retail
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
