The Retail Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service by helping customers find automotive parts and solutions, maintains inventory, and contributes to sales goals. This role supports store operations and fosters a positive retail environment for AutoZone.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide reliable automotive advice through clear communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated and productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow point-of-sale and loss prevention procedures.
• Efficiently complete assigned tasks using structured processes and adhere to company safety policies.
• Stay informed on automotive parts, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
