About This Role

Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert automotive advice to enhance the shopping experience for AutoZone customers. This role involves assisting with product selection, maintaining inventory, and contributing to sales goals within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
