About This Role

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions, contributing to sales goals, and maintaining store operations in a positive retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment
• Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime

Nice to Have

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
