Retail Print Sales Supervisor

About This Role

This role involves leading a team to drive key metrics and achieve sales targets by providing comprehensive print solutions to customers. The supervisor will also coach associates, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage operations to achieve profitable sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team in driving results for key metrics
• Sell and provide total print solutions for customers to help them achieve print and marketing goals
• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative and value-added print and marketing solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on customer engagement, quality, and community
• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales & margin
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions to offer appropriate options and deliver a total print solution
• Leverage Salesforce.com to actively manage customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach to grow relationships

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
• Basic computer skills (open, save, send electronic files, email, Microsoft Word)
• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, non-confrontational, and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
