About This Role

This role involves providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. The Retail Merchandiser Team Lead will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
  • Onboard new hires
  • Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing
  • Age 18 or older
