Retail Key Holder

About This Role

As a Key Holder, you will support the Store Leadership Team by ensuring a WOW guest experience and assisting with daily store operations. This role involves training, motivating, and celebrating Stylists and team members, while driving sales and representing the Kendra Scott culture.

Responsibilities

• Model and teach WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality, ensuring Stylists provide exceptional experiences
• Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest connections through WOW experiences
• Assist in building brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, helping achieve event and giveback goals
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures
• Educate guests and team members on product details and personal style, making product suggestions to fit their needs
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Color Bar™, Events, and Back of House as needed, demonstrating curiosity and flexibility
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, sharing ideas and openly collaborating to create mutual accountability
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences, taking on new opportunities with urgency and enthusiasm
• Challenge yourself and others with clear, attainable goals, providing ongoing feedback through real-time coaching

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Retail and/or customer service experience is required
• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends
