Retail Stylist

About This Role

As a part-time Stylist, you will bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in every guest's day. You will represent the company's culture and values, focusing on sales, brand-building, and philanthropic efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using WOW Service Principles to enhance guest experiences
• Set and achieve sales goals by making guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community
• Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, instilling trust with actions
• Educate guests on product details, provide personal style advice, and make product suggestions
• Flex between tasks like sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences
• Support the team in providing positive experiences for all guests

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
