This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of front-end Associates at a retail store. The Coordinator will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promote loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of front-end Associates ensuring prompt, courteous customer service
- Promote loyalty programs to customers
- Engage and interact with all customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience
- Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and excellent customer interaction
- Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly
- Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Requirements
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to train others
Qualifications
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
Nice to Have
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
